Renovations Are Afoot at Sunswept Apartments!

All homes need a facelift here and there, and over there years other renovations are required for apartments and houses alike to stay current and in line with the expectations of their tenants. Naturally, Sunswept Apartments works to update its units and these renovations are often in the form of ongoing improvements to the community.

Maintaining clean, safe living spaces can be difficult in an apartment complex, as the constant moving of residents and sheer number of people using common facilities, such as the pool or the playground, can cause the property to become damaged or simply worn out over time. Understanding that maintaining a great living space for its residents is a top priority, Sunswept Apartments has embarked on many renovations to ensure that every resident enjoys their time at  the complex.

To date, many important changes have been made to the Sunswept Apartments community, and further upgrades are in the works. Currently, the following renovations have been completed or are in the process of being finished:

• New wood on the exterior of the apartment buildings. This creates a fresh, new feel and has removed any old or weather-worn wood, resulting in a safe, clean, and aesthetically appealing exterior that residents can enjoy.
• New paint, both inside and outside the apartment buildings. Nothing freshens up a space like a fresh coat of paint, and the new paint on both the exterior and interior of the buildings has breathed new life into every unit.
• Updated flooring. Over time, some flooring materials can become warped, worn, or stained. With new flooring, renovated apartment units look and feel more modern and in line with today’s interior design trends.
• Upgraded appliances. A great appliance can last for decades, but there comes a point when a new stove, refrigerator, or range is in order. With upgraded appliances, residents in renovated units can enjoy a more aesthetically appealing and efficient kitchen.
